개인정보처리방침
MemoryList(이하 ‘서비스’)는 이용자가 저장한 링크를 모아 보관하는 웹 서비스와 크롬 확장 프로그램을 제공합니다. 이 문서는 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 무엇에 쓰며, 언제 지우는지를 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보
서비스는 아래 정보만 수집합니다.
- 구글 계정 정보: 이름, 이메일 주소, 프로필 이미지. 구글 로그인을 선택할 때 구글로부터 전달받습니다. 비밀번호는 전달받지도, 보관하지도 않습니다.
- 이용자가 저장한 링크: 주소(URL)와 함께 해당 페이지에서 가져온 제목·설명·대표 이미지, 그리고 이용자가 직접 입력한 메모와 분류.
- 접속 국가: 서비스 이용 지역을 파악하기 위한 국가 단위 정보. 상세 주소나 좌표는 수집하지 않습니다.
주민등록번호, 결제 카드 정보, 연락처 주소록은 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 크롬 확장 프로그램이 수집하는 정보
확장 프로그램은 이용자가 저장 버튼을 눌렀을 때에만, 그 시점에 열려 있는 탭의 주소와 제목을 읽어 서비스로 보냅니다. 버튼을 누르지 않은 방문 기록은 읽지 않으며, 브라우징 기록을 상시 수집하거나 외부로 보내지 않습니다.
3. 이용 목적
- 로그인한 이용자를 식별하고, 저장한 링크를 본인에게만 보여주기 위해
- 저장한 링크를 목록으로 보여주고 검색·분류 기능을 제공하기 위해
- 오류를 확인하고 서비스 품질을 개선하기 위해
- 이용 지역 분포 등 통계를 파악하기 위해
4. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 외부에 넘기지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 아래 사업자의 인프라를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 정보가 해당 사업자의 시스템에 저장·처리됩니다.
- Google LLC — 구글 계정 로그인 처리
- Vercel Inc. — 웹 서비스 호스팅
- Neon Inc. — 데이터베이스 보관
법령에 따라 수사기관이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우에는 그에 따를 수 있습니다.
5. 보관 기간과 삭제
수집한 정보는 이용자가 계정을 유지하는 동안 보관합니다. 계정 삭제를 요청하면 계정 정보와 저장한 링크를 모두 지우며, 지운 자료는 복구할 수 없습니다.
삭제를 원하시면 ojinger72@gmail.com로 가입한 계정의 이메일 주소와 함께 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.
6. 쿠키
로그인 상태를 유지하기 위한 세션 쿠키를 사용합니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 차단할 수 있으나, 그 경우 로그인이 동작하지 않습니다. 광고 추적 목적의 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 저장한 링크는 서비스 화면에서 직접 수정하거나 지울 수 있으며, 그 밖의 요청은 아래 문의처로 보내주시면 됩니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 알고 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 확인하면 즉시 삭제합니다.
9. 방침 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 변경 내용을 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 서비스 화면이나 이메일로 따로 알립니다.

Privacy Policy
MemoryList (the “Service”) is a web app and Chrome extension for saving and organizing links. This page explains what the Service collects, how it is used, and when it is deleted.
Effective date: August 19, 2026
1. Information we collect
The Service collects only the following.
- Google account information: name, email address, and profile image, received from Google when you choose to sign in with Google. We never receive or store your password.
- Links you save: the URL, along with the title, description, and preview image retrieved from that page, plus any notes or labels you add yourself.
- Country of access: country-level information used to understand where the Service is used. We do not collect street addresses or coordinates.
We do not collect national identification numbers, payment card details, or contact lists.
2. What the Chrome extension collects
The extension reads the address and title of the tab you are viewing only at the moment you press the save button, and sends it to the Service. It does not read pages you do not save, and it does not monitor or transmit your browsing history.
3. How we use it
- To identify you when signed in and show your saved links only to you
- To display, search, and organize the links you have saved
- To diagnose errors and improve the Service
- To understand aggregate usage, such as which countries the Service is used in
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We rely on the following providers to operate the Service, and your information is stored and processed on their systems.
- Google LLC — Google account sign-in
- Vercel Inc. — web hosting
- Neon Inc. — database storage
We may disclose information where required to do so by law through valid legal process.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. When you request account deletion, we delete your account information and all saved links; deleted data cannot be recovered.
To request deletion, email ojinger72@gmail.com from, or including, the email address on your account.
6. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but sign-in will not work if you do. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your information at any time. You can edit or delete saved links directly in the Service; for anything else, contact us at the address below.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. We will give separate notice in the Service or by email for significant changes.
